Samuel Rai

Owner

Samuel co-founded Rise Vending in Bergen County to bring premium, AI-powered smart vending directly to local properties that need hassle-free amenities. As Co-Founder and Business Development lead, he spends his days listening to property managers, understanding their building pressures, and shaping vending programs that fit real budgets and expectations. Samuel focuses on long-term relationships, not one-off machine drops, which means he stays involved before, during, and after each installation. He works closely with partners to plan locations, talk through resident or employee needs, and make sure the no-cost model feels clear and comfortable. Because he lives and works in the same communities he serves, Samuel treats every account like a neighbor, responding quickly, communicating openly, and always aiming to make smart vending feel simple, reliable, and genuinely helpful for busy teams.

Helen Rai

Owner

Helen co-founded Rise Vending to give properties a modern vending amenity that does not create extra work for their staff. As Co-Founder and Operations lead, she oversees everything that happens after a machine is approved, including site coordination, installation timing, stocking plans, and ongoing service schedules. Helen builds each location's product mix around the people who use it, whether that means healthier options for offices and gyms or quick, filling choices for warehouses and late shifts. She also manages real-time inventory monitoring and service alerts, which helps keep machines running smoothly and stocked before tenants or employees notice an issue. Property managers know they can reach Helen directly, and she will take ownership, solve problems quickly, and adjust service as the building's needs change.
